Well Hello There Loves!!
Hope you doing great. Am actually excited as I woke up the other day to tweet from a cousin of mine giving me an idea for another post (I don’t know if it’s just me who gets all hyped if I get an idea of a post) any who it’s the second #My256style challenge in Uganda sponsored by Jumia Uganda and African Woman Magazine.
The challenge started on Monday 22nd June and will be running through till June 29th, so you guys still have time to join me in the challenge. All you have to do is upload pictures on Instagram showing your style and tag Jumia Uganda and African Woman Magazine plus #My256style. The winner will be announced on the African Woman Magazine Facebook page on 1st July 2015 who will go away with a shopping voucher worth UGX200,000.
I have posted a few pictures on my Instagram ( please go and follow itsmayabee) but I decided to do a “grand post” of an outfit showing my style (any reason to post right?)
As I had mentioned in some of my previous posts that I would be doing recreation of outfits that I have worn before that featured in my shoot, this is one of them.
This is my ultimate sweater, I actually saw one of my fave people wearing it and It was love at first sight, so I just had to have. It’s the description of simple chic which you can dress down with flats or up with some heels for an evening on the town – I went with the latter, during the week (never for the club LOL). I paired it with navy blue jeans and a pair of red pointed toe heels.
I must say this is one of my fave looks, it’s very simple and I didn’t have to carry an extra jacket for the cold that evening.
