Got Socks?

Do you ever wake up with all sorts of ideas in your head? Well I woke up one Saturday a few weeks ago with a sock obssession – and I don’t mean socks with my sneakers, that is just too predictable and the normal thing to do right? I mean socks with a pair of heels – dem pointed toe heels or something. I am one of those people who just can’t let go of something until I get done, for those who follow me on Snap Chat(add me – itsmayabee11) saw this sock obsession the same morning I woke up with the idea – I just had to give it a shot. And I was clearly blown away by the look that I had to share with you guys. My idea came right on time as Kampala has been cold and rainy lately – so i got my sock game on.

I didn’t know mustard and green make such an ecstatic combo until I was getting ready the morning of the shoot. I went with the mighty “LBD” which we all know is a wardrobe staple as I wanted a feminine touch to the socks. It was such a cold morning and the blazer came in handy and I must say this was the icing of the outfit. I loved how the green socks complemented the blue shoes, the color pop was perfect.

I kept the accessories simple with my all time favorite watch which am sure you have seen more than enough, a small choker necklace, small studs and a big leather bracelet.
